Minimum Order:
For all customers a minimum order of $100 + GST applies.
Delivery:
All goods will be sent to the specified 'Shipping Address' as outlined at the 'Final Checkout', unless otherwise specified.
Freight:
A freight charge will be added to all orders based on the size and weight of the order and the requested shipping address.
All freight is calculated by Vandoros Fine Packaging at the exact rate as charged by the courier or post service.
Vandoros Fine Packaging use a variety of courier and post services to ensure that you always receive your order in the fastest possible time at the lowest applicable freight cost.
Vandoros Fine Packaging use the following courier services: Courier's Please for Sydney metro deliveries, Toll Ipec for interstate deliveries and TNT Air for international deliveries.
Express Post sachels may also be used for smaller parcels; however, Express Post do not require a signature for delivery, so if you require a signature for delivery please specify this in the delivery instructions and we will ensure that we send your order using a courier service.
Prepaid Payment Terms:
No goods will be despatched until full payment has been received.
Payment can be made by credit card or direct deposit.
30 Day Account Payment Terms:
All orders must be prepaid unless a 30 day account has been approved.
For approved 30 day account customers, full payment must be received within 30 days net from date of invoice.
Failure to pay may result in legal proceedings and you will be liable for your total account balance as well as any costs incurred by Vandoros in the retreival of your debt.
